The PTA exists to provide closer links between home and School and is an excellent way to bring staff, parents and friends together socially in support of the School, whilst working toward a common goal.
The PTA has raised many thousands of pounds which have been spent on improving equipment and resources to enhance our children's education and enrich their experiences.
All parents are automatically members of the PTA as soon as they join the School and anyone can get involved, even if they only have a small amount of time available.
Fundraising
As in most schools the majority of our funds are raised through the events that we run. Some of the most popular events are 'Quiz and Chips', barn dances, fashion show and ladies shopping nights and we often get involved with the bi-annual School drama production. The PTA also runs a 200-Club.
PTA funds are not generally spent on improving the fabric of the School building as this is the responsibility of the School and our constitution commits us to spending money on things that will benefit the students directly.

Each year group is allocated a Class Representative and they as well as School will contact families about forthcoming events, specific key dates etc.
