Transport Amendment and Cancellation Form

Please note priority will be given to those making full return (10) journeys in the first instance and then to those making single (5) morning or evening journeys each week throughout term. Charges are set prior to the start of the academic year and are charged in advance on your termly account. Should you wish to cancel or reduce journeys required, one full term's written notice is required.
