New allergen legislation is being introduced from December 2014. There is a requirement to provide allergen information for food served in schools. Our school catering provider has provided information on the 14 allergies covered by the legislation. All of their employees have completed training and it is clearly signposted at both schools to indicate that allergen information is available and where customers can obtain it from.
