School policies are reviewed regularly and those which have been reviewed and updated are available to download. Copies of existing policies, yet to be reviewed, are available by application to the School Office in the Senior School or Junior School as appropriate.

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a privacy and data protection regulation in the European Union (EU) and will be enforceable from May 25 2018. The GDPR imposes new obligations on organisations that control or process relevant personal data and introduces new rights and protections for EU Individuals (data subjects). The GDPR applies to data processing carried out by organisations operating within the EU. It also applies to organisations outside the EU that offer goods or services to individuals in the EU.
The Dixie Grammar School takes its legal obligations about personal data and data protection very seriously, and we are working hard to ensure compliance in all areas of our business. We will be complying with the GDPR as a processor and controller of data and have been planning and developing a programme of works which will deliver what is required by the legislation. This involves working with our staff, suppliers and other 3rd party organisations to ensure they also meet these legal obligations
