In consultation with the whole school community, we have undertaken to capture the values which make the Dixie such a happy and successful place to learn, to grow and to work. Respect, resilience, courage, commitment and care are now the watchwords for all of us and guide both our aspirations and our expectations. These values are at the heart of our rewards system and are becoming ever more visible through ‘Epraise’, an app which allows all pupil achievements to be recorded, celebrated and exchanged for a range of rewards.
