On the 75th anniversary of the Battle of Britain, The Headmaster, his wife, Mrs Lambourne and Tom Stone were honoured to be present for the dedication of the memorial stone at JJ Churchill, recognising the remarkable contribution of the Churchill family to the second World War effort locally.
Tom Stone played the Last Post beautifully and with real feeling was thanked by Andrew Churchill, who is also a Governor of the School.
