Whilst there are a number of key events scheduled throughout the year to welcome visitors to our Nursery, Junior School, Senior School and Sixth Form, we welcome enquiries and we are very happy to arrange visits to the school at any time during the school year. For any enquiry, please call 01455 292244 or complete the contact form on this page.

Whole School Open Mornings

Our next Open Morning will take place in the summer term on Saturday 10th May 2025.  Families will have the chance to visit the Nursery, the Junior School and our beautiful Reception classrooms, as well as the Senior School and our Sports Ground at Barton Road. Parents and children will have the chance to participate in fun activities and to speak with staff and pupils in an informal setting. Please call us on 01455 292244 to register your interest.

Sixth Form Open Evening

Our next Sixth Form Open Evening will be held on Thursday 7 November 2024 at 7.00pm in the School Hall. During this Open Evening, current and prospective parents and pupils will be offered an insight into life in the Sixth Form at Dixie and there will be opportunities to learn more about our post-18 guidance, our tutor system, UCAS, leadership opportunities, co-curricular activities, our enrichment programme, the EPQ and much more.  Sixth Form subject teachers will also be on hand to discuss A level study and to answer any questions you may have.

Please call us on 01455 292244, email registrar@dixie.org.uk or visit our Sixth Form page for more details. We look forward to seeing you there.

Open Days

Open Days are held regularly throughout the year and give families the chance to have an informal look around the school within a normal working day and to meet the Headmaster of the Senior School and the Junior School, our Nursery Manager and other key members of staff. Our next whole school open day will be held on Tuesday 5th November 2024 and appointments can be made either by calling us on 01455 292244 or by filling in the contact form on this page. If this date is not convenient,  feel free to contact us to arrange a visit at an alternative time.

Taster Days

Please get in touch to discuss what would be suitable for you and your child. A typical experience would include a full or half day of classes and an opportunity for parents and pupils to have a guided tour with the Headmaster, Mr Richard Lynn, and/or one of our Sixth Form prefects. In the meantime, please get in touch with any questions or queries you may have and we will do all we can to answer them and to give you a flavour of the caring, family atmosphere that is so much a hallmark of life at the Dixie.

You can get in touch by completing the contact form on this page, or alternatively by phoning 01455 292244 or by emailing registrar@dixie.org.uk. We look forward to hearing from you and to welcoming you to the Dixie.
