Inter-house Hockey, year 6 09/12/15 – York 0 – Lancaster 6 The York Girls gave Lancaster a very good game and the score line definitely doesn’t reflect the quality of the hockey played. The Lancaster girls had excellent positioning throughout and were quick to deal with York’s advances. Francesca Bowman and Paige Harding had an excellent game in defence keeping the Lancaster goal safe. Well done to goal scorers Daisy Wilebore, Emily Jackson, Emily Cutler and Alayna Friston. Player of the match goes to Maddison Bolsover of York for outstandingly high work rate and excellent clearances from defence.
