Presentation assembly in the Senior School this morning was typically busy – following delightful piano playing by Nadia Gauhar, certificates were awarded for Stage 1 Care (British Horse Society), Royal Society of Chemistry Midlands certificates to three Lower Sixth students, Stephanie Botterill, Flyn Higginson and Helena Brown. whose write up of the event raised a smile. Lily Fleming-Smith was awarded Grade 2 Rock and Pop vocals with Merit and Sophie Green Grade 4 Speaking in Public with Distinction. Laila Gauhar was awarded her Silver Duke of Edinburgh Award certificate and Leila Spencer and Lilymay Dawe were awarded first and second place respectively in the NSEA pop-up dressage held just before Christmas.
