We join the nation and all members of the Independent Schools Association in expressing our deepest sadness at the passing of Her Majesty the Queen and extend our condolences to the Royal Family at this time. Our school community gathered together this morning as a mark of respect and, as we enter a period of national mourning, staff and students were able to reflect on their own feelings, the remarkable events of which the Queen had been a part, the people the Queen had met and the communities she served. We reflected also on our hopes for the future as we come to terms with change.
