The Snow Leopard is a two-part publication produced solely by The Dixie’s Year 8 students, during their Enrichment sessions. With knowledge and skills learned in English lessons, students planned, researched and created articles relating to everything including: local and national news; Dixie’s sporting and equestrian triumphs; film and game reviews; teacher interviews; celebrity gossip and the hottest fashion trends. Furthermore, Year 8 also designed activities such as word searches and crosswords to accompany their reports.
Whether you are after the serious reporting of national news or funny interviews with The Dixie teachers, Y8’s The Snow Leopard has it all.
